say there is bank that credits your account each morning with RMB 6,400.Every evening ,the bank deletes whatever remains of this sum that you have failed to use during the day.
    如果说有这样一个银行，每天早上都给你汇入6400元；每天晚上，都会清除你这一天没有花出去的余额。
